OIT Network Switching and Routing

bootpdc

This is the home page for the bootpdc software distribution.

The bootpdc perl script decodes BootP and DHCP packets from tcpdump(8) hex dump output.

To use it, you'll need perl (version 5.6.0 or later), and tcpdump.

This program was created by Network Switching and Routing ( networking@princeton.edu ) at Princeton University's Office of Information Technology. It was written by Chris Tengi, and later enhanced by Irwin Tillman.
